CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

GCMAS Members and Supporters

We are pleased to announce that the 2023 GCMAS Annual Conference will take place on June 26 – 28, 2023.

High Point University, Congdon School of Health Sciences will be serving as the host for this year’s conference and unlike in 2021 and 2022 where the conference was hosted virtually, this year it will be held in person.

Abstract submission will begin January 01, 2023 and end on January 31, 2023  February 15, 2023 (yes, the deadline has been extended!).

These abstract templates must be used in abstract submissions.

If you wish to be a reviewer, please contact the conference chairs, Braden Romer and Paul Kline, at bromer@highpoint.edu and pkline@highpoint.edu.

We will set up reviewer logins by the end of January 2023.

As the schedule solidifies, you will be able to find more information here.

The key dates to keep in mind are as follows:

January 01, 2023 – Abstract submission opens

January 31, 2023 – Abstract submission closes

February 15, 2023 – Abstract submission close extension

February 28, 2023 – Authors notified of acceptance – (may be pushed back due to extension)

March 15, 2023 – Participating authors’ CVs are due for CME certification

June 26 – 28, 2023 – In-Person GCMAS Annual Meeting
